TSDNS settings file is not readable!

Hi all, I want to use TSDN on my linux server but there seems to be a big problem. At first i tried opening the TSDN settings file using filezilla but couldn't edit anything as there were only weird characters and symbols and no letters. So, i tried downloading the server files o my PC; both Linux... TSDNS settings file is not readable!
