Can't connect to a specific server

Hi, I'm trying to connect to my TS3 server but keep getting "failed to log in". The address is heartseedchat.teamspeak3.com:7389. I can seem to connect to other servers (tried to connect to random ones in the server list) but not this one. Other friends can also connect to it but I can't. I tried... Can't connect to a specific server
