Help with channel permission settings

So my problem is that i have been trying to edit my preexisting channels to have a join and sub value, while doing this i have been hitting a brick wall and i cannot see why. I have all the setting set correctly and i am the top admin on the server with equal permissions to the owner himself. ... Help with channel permission settings
