Unable to Send Packets to a Server

When I connect to a server, it won't let me move to another channel and shortly after I get disconnected. I click on client connection info and I don't have a client address and it says the packet loss "out" is retrieving. I don't know what this means, and I don't know how to fix it. I have tried...
