Permission to not being able to write in a specific Channel

Hey guys, Is it possible to create a Channel where nobody (except server admin etc.) can write? I already did that Guests can't write in any Channel. Normal User can write in every Channel but I want just 1 Channel where they can't write. Permission to not being able to write in a specific Channel
