No Sound while having TS3 open

Hello guys I hope you can help. Every time I have TS3 open and start a game or spotify or smt., I have no sound at all, like literally nothing, but TS3. Also when I'm pressing the capslock button on my keyboard, the sound is completely muted, even from TS3. Can somebody help me please ? No Sound while having TS3 open
