I have Channel Admin's i_group_member_add_power set to '50' and the i_group_needed_member_add_power set to '50' as well, yet Channel Admins cannot set users to Channel Admin. Is there something else I need to change here? How to let Channel Admins set others to Channel Admin in their channel?
