Giving a user access to a channel

*facepalm* Maybe I'm not getting the gist of this. I create a talk channel called "Raiders" for people who consistently raid. I give it join permission level 10. My normal users don't see this channel (guessing it's because it's level 10). Now I want to give Fred, a normal user access to... Giving a user access to a channel
