Permanent disconnect after 20-30 Seconds

Hello togehter first i would say sorry for my not so good english. :) now to my problem: Every time i connect to a server i lose my connection after 20-30 seconds. After the disconnect i can not reconnect because maximum identities I only can connect to annother server and there i get the... Permanent disconnect after 20-30 Seconds
