My mic and Speakers are Disabled

So, My mic and speakers are disabled and they will not turn on. In the sound and Mic tests I have done using Ts3 everything works fine, but for some reason they are still disabled. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling ts3 but my information/settings is still saved. Please help as I use... My mic and Speakers are Disabled
