One specific user cannot connect to my server.

So the server is hosted by a third party host and all in my guild are able to connect, including myself, but a member simply cannot connect. The ip is correct, he doesn´t have firewalls and he reinstalled ts3 one thousand times. This is his client logs: Code: --------- 29/04/2016... One specific user cannot connect to my server.
