So essentially if no sound is played through teamspeak (someone talking, user left your channel, microphone muted, etc.) all of my sound is turned into a static mess. Not my microphone sound, my actual sound. I really have no idea why this is happening. One way I could think of fixing this is... Weird staticy sound
