Move user out of own channel (not of other channels)

Hi, I want channel admins to move users out of their channel and I don't get it to work: A user creates channel "test" and is channel admin there. Channel admin has: i_client_move_power = 50 Normal channel user has nothing assigned. There are also no client-specific rights. Move user out of own channel (not of other channels)
