NPL (512 user) bandwidth recommendation?

Hi, i know this question is hard to answer because there is no exact number of how much bandwidth a TS-server uses as it depends on a number of factors. But i thought there was perhaps some kind of recommendation, or guideline, on what kind of bandwidth an internet Connection would need to have... NPL (512 user) bandwidth recommendation?
